別再陳腔濫調! 履歷表別用這些詞

無論社會新鮮人或職場老鳥，在精心策劃履歷表的寫作大作戰裡，無時不刻想置入漂亮用語，美化應徵職務所必用得到的精彩經歷與穩實個性。這是人之常態，慣用的伎倆，就算個性有點脫線，還是補填幾句實事求是講求細節之類的用字淺詞，畢竟要在職場眾多應徵者脫穎而出，第一印象一定紮實投進審查主管的心坎裡。

可是，若是100份履歷表都寫「講求團隊合作」，主管看得厭煩不說，大嘆怎盡看這些浮誇虛飾流於形式的喊話，根本無法引起共鳴，更別說贏得進到下一關的入場卷。

Karen Burns想給職場新兵、轉職老鳥一些忠告，在《50 Buzzwords You Shouldn't Use on Your Resume》這篇文章列舉被過度濫用的字彙，《Team Player》是排行第一名，想當然爾不僅英語系國家是這樣情況，連華人都不免虛應幾句自己融入團隊的和諧美句，一定十之八九會用到《Team Player》。

這些字彙相當正面，也成了不少人愛用的用語，只是太過虛無縹緲而顯得毫無實在的認同感，只要稍微做一些佐證補充自己在過去經歷完成專案，如何溝通協調，即便非領導性質，能讓人一眼清楚你處理事情臨危不亂的特質，會比一語帶過還來得紮實信服。

認清自己長處，並非一昧模仿企管專書所寫那些狗屁拉渣的字，才能顯得自己專業，反而廣泛檢視過往經歷，精選標示出成功紀錄，更能加深入選印象。
